Product Description:

Animalintex – Poultice – 40 cm x 21 cm – Box of 10 – AUDEVARD

Animalintex Veterinary Poultice de Audevard is a veterinary dressing with boric acid, very used in horses and other species.

The grooming requires the use of dressings and bandages adapted to the anatomy of the horse.

Animalintex has several uses:

  • Dried up : highly absorbent. It is therefore particularly recommended on weeping wounds.
  • Cold : cold has a favorable vasoconstrictive power during laminitis or bleeding. It also plays an analgesic role (soothes pain) and is therefore used on tendinitis, strains or suros.
  • hot : heat causes vasodilation, responsible for a better supply of white blood cells and oxygen, favorable to good healing. The heat also promotes vascular permeability, for better drainage. It is therefore used in particular during abscesses, seime, nails of the street, lymphangitis, soft spots or bedsores.
