A team at your service in preparing your orders
Christelle, Cécile, Rosalinda, Pierre, … these are some of the names of the people at your service for the Produits-veto.com website. These same people work Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to prepare your orders and help you choose products. Produits-veto.com is a website linked to the Pharmacie de l'Envigne in Lencloître, in the Vienne (86) department; it is from this geographical location that all orders are shipped.
Shipping and preparation times
When all the products in your order are available in stock, our team prepares and ships your parcel within 24 to 48 hours from our pharmacy. Each order is carefully checked, packaged and protected to guarantee the integrity of the veterinary products during transport (veterinary medicines, supplements, hygiene products or beekeeping products).
In some cases, an additional delay may be necessary if an item needs to be restocked from our pharmaceutical distributor or directly from our partner laboratories. In this situation, you will be informed and the order will be shipped as soon as the products are received.
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by one of our two logistics partners:Colissimoor Mondial Relay . Each delivery method offers specific advantages depending on your constraints and habits.
Home delivery, post office or pick-up point – Colissimo
With Colissimo, you benefit from an official delivery solution of the French postal network, recognised for its reliability and nationwide coverage.
Its advantages:
Direct home delivery without signature: you generally do not need to stay home all day to receive the parcel.
Possibility of collection at your usual post office or shop if you are absent.
Fast and priority delivery throughout the country.
Precise tracking of the parcel at every stage of transport.
A reduced delivery time in mainland France: 48 to 72H once shipping has been carried out
If you are absent when the postman calls, your parcel is kept at the post office, where you have around 10 days to collect it. This method is particularly suited if you wish to receive your order quickly or if you do not have a pick-up point nearby.
Economical delivery to a pick-up point – Mondial Relay
With Mondial Relay, your order is delivered to a local shop (grocery store, tobacconist, dry cleaner, convenience store, etc.) chosen when validating your basket.
Its advantages:
Economical solution, often less expensive than home delivery.
Extended hours: you collect your parcel whenever you wish, often in the evening or at weekends.
No need to be present at home for delivery.
Large network of pick-up points throughout France.
A delivery time in mainland France: 72 to 96 H once shipping has been carried out
Your parcel is kept for several days (5 days) at the selected pick-up point, allowing you to collect it easily during your daily errands (shopping, work, school…).
We therefore offer you two complementary solutions:
Colissimo for speed and home delivery,
Mondial Relay for flexibility and reduced cost.

We do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you within 48 to 96 hours in mainland France, depending on the carrier selected and the type of delivery chosen. However, delays may occur due to disruptions beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, carrier overload, etc.). Rest assured that we are by your side in case of a dispute or problem with your parcel. Do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form page for any assistance, we are here to help you.
Do you have an emergency? Before placing an order, call us. We will let you know, based on your needs, whether the order is likely to arrive on time.
A customer service that supports you
Is your parcel damaged, the packaging crushed or torn? Take a few photos of the parcel as soon as you receive it so you can send them to us. This will allow us to process your complaint more easily and more quickly. If your parcel does not match your order (broken products, incorrect items or missing items), contact us within 8 days to let us know about the problem(s) with your parcel so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Professionals, we offer you a tailored offer
To date, parcel shipping is limited to 30 Kg (20 kg for pick-up points), and pricing conditions are fixed for all customers. If you are a professional and wish to place a large order and/or need to be supplied regularly from our shop, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can put together a commercial proposal together on our contact page,
