Delivery Information

Fast delivery: all the information

A team at your service to prepare your orders

Christelle, Cécile, Rosalinda, Pierre, … these are some of the names of the people at your service for the site Produits-veto.com. These same people work Monday to Friday (except public holidays) to prepare your orders and guide you in choosing products. Produits-veto.com is a website linked to the Pharmacie de l'Envigne in Lencloître in the department of Vienne (86), it is from this geographical site that all orders are shipped.

Shipping and preparation times

When all the products in your order are available in stock, our team prepares and ships your parcel within 24 to 48 hours from our pharmacy. Each order is carefully checked, packaged and protected to guarantee the integrity of the veterinary products during transport (veterinary medicines, supplements, hygiene care or apicultural products).

In certain cases, an additional delay may be necessary if an item needs to be restocked from our pharmaceutical distributor or directly from our partner laboratories. In this situation, you will be informed and the order will be shipped as soon as the products are received.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by one of our two logistics partners: Colissimo or Mondial Relay . Each delivery method offers specific advantages depending on your constraints and habits.

Home delivery, to a post office or a pickup point – Colissimo

With Colissimo, you benefit from an official delivery solution of the French postal network, recognised for its reliability and national coverage.

Its advantages:

• Delivery directly to your home without signature: you generally don't need to stay home all day to receive the parcel.
• Possibility of collection at your usual post office or shop in case of absence.
• Fast and priority delivery throughout the territory.
• Precise tracking of the parcel at every stage of transport.
• A reduced delivery time in mainland France: 24 to 48H once shipping has taken place

If you are absent when the postman calls, your parcel is kept at the post office, where you have around 14 days at a pickup point and 5 days in lockers to collect it. This method is particularly suited if you want to receive your order quickly or if you do not have a pickup point nearby.

Economical delivery to a pickup point – Mondial Relay

With Mondial Relay, your order is delivered to a local shop (grocery store, tobacconist, dry cleaner, convenience store, etc.) chosen when validating your basket.

Its advantages:

• Economical solution, often cheaper than home delivery.
• Extended hours: you collect your parcel whenever you wish, often in the evening or at the weekend.
• No need to be present at home during delivery.
• Large network of pickup points throughout France.
• A delivery time in mainland France: 72 to 96 H once shipping has taken place

Your parcel is kept for several days (5 days) at the selected pickup point, allowing you to collect it easily during your daily errands (shopping, work, school…).

We thus offer you two complementary solutions:

• Colissimo for speed and home delivery,
• Mondial Relay for flexibility and reduced cost.

Our objective remains the same: to allow you to receive your veterinary products in the best conditions, simply and safely

Delivery within 48 to 96 H (mainland France)

We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you within 48 to 96 hours in mainland France, depending on the carrier selected and the type of delivery chosen. However, delays may occur due to disruptions beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, carrier overload, etc.). Rest assured that we are by your side in the event of a dispute or problem with your parcel. Do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form page for any assistance, we are here to support you.

Do you have an emergency? Before placing an order, call us. We will tell you, depending on your needs, whether the order is likely to arrive in time.

A customer service that supports you

Is your parcel damaged, the packaging crushed or torn? Take a few photos of the parcel as soon as you receive it so you can send them to us. This will allow us to handle your claim more easily and quickly. If your parcel does not match your order (broken products, incorrect items or missing items), contact us within 8 days to let us know of the problem(s) related to your parcel so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Professionals, we offer you a tailored offer

As of today, parcel shipments are limited to 30 Kg (20 kg to a pickup point), moreover the pricing conditions are fixed for all customers. If you are a professional and wish to stock up with a large order and/or need to be supplied regularly from our shop, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can put together a commercial proposal together on our contact page,

Patience, a virtue in the service of your expectations

Sometimes, the vagaries of the road can slow down a parcel's journey, despite all our efforts. Rest assured that we do everything possible to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. In these moments, a touch of patience and, when possible, a touch of anticipation become precious allies. Every shipment carries our commitment and our care, because, as wisdom says:

"Beautiful things sometimes take a little more time." 🌿
