Ubroseal Blue is a treatment suited to the prevention of new intramammary infections throughout the drying-off period.
In cows that are unlikely to have subclinical mastitis, the product can be used alone as part of the management of drying-off and mastitis control.
The selection of cows for treatment with the product must be based on the veterinarian's clinical judgement. Selection criteria may be based on the history of mastitis and individual cell count records of the cows, or on the results of recognised tests for the detection of subclinical mastitis, or on bacteriological samples.
