The Vétédine solution is a disinfectant and antiseptic for cattle, sheep, horses, pigs, dogs and cats.

The Vétédine solution is used for:

Antisepsis of the skin, mucous membranes and surgical sites
Adjunctive treatment of infected wounds.

The Vétédine solution is an aqueous solution of povidone iodine, it has the antiseptic and antifungal properties of iodine. It is also active against the sporulated forms of bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
