The online sale of veterinary medicines on Produits-veto.com is provided by the Pharmacie de l'Envigne, an authorised pharmacy, as an extension of its pharmacy activity and the pharmaceutical service it provides.
Only veterinary medicines not subject to mandatory prescription, authorised for distance selling, are offered, alongside hygiene, care and supplement products intended for animals.

The Pharmacie de l'Envigne participates in the national veterinary pharmacovigilance scheme. Any adverse event observed following the use of a veterinary medicine can be reported:
- directly to the ANMV via the national portal: report an adverse event ;
- or to our team, by e-mail or by phone (contact details above), who will forward the report to a pharmacist.
The information collected is analysed by a pharmacist and kept in the history of the order concerned.
